A must do day tour from Reykjavik!
This is an excellent day tour that is a 'must do' for anyone trvaelling to Iceland. The Snaefellsness Peninsula is absolutely stunning. The scenery changes constantly and each jaw dropping view is matched by the next one on the journey. Some of the landscapes are almost alien and other worldly.While many tourists do the Golden Circle tour and I would agree it is a must, my strong recommendation is to do that tour first before this. Otherwise you will be disappointed.Our guide, Sultan, was very informative, passionate and mindful of the safety and enjoyment of his guests. The hot springs of Iceland
In our 3 days stay at Iceland we had multiple tours with Sultan. He was timely available for our airport transfer. The day tour experiences with him were also amazing. The Best Tour Experience
We spent a week touring Iceland with Sultan from Iceland Paradise Tours and we could not be happier! We were traveling with family, 10 of us total and we booked everything with Sultan, from airport transfers to each day of our sightseeing. He made sure everything was planned perfectly for us. While deciding what we wanted to see took some time and planning on our part, the fact that he took care of every detail for us was such a relief! And the driving….he is a master. We honestly only felt safe because he was behind the wheel, I would never even consider renting a car at this time of year. You have to have some serious experience to drive in these conditions! I don’t even know how many motorists we saw on the side of the road needing help! Communication was great from well before our tour even started. Sultan helped me plan each day with my families abilities in mind. He was also very willing to be flexible and change things up as we needed and made the best suggestions for things to do and how to modify to get the most out of our stay. He sacrificed his hands to the cold and was always happy to take pictures for us so we would get everyone in the shots.
